Palma Marathon 19th Oct 2014  Number Twenty Five

Our first trip for the Palma Marathon and a small group of us made our way from the ViP Lounge at Bristol Airport to Palma.  Paul and Jane Allen, Pete Jakeman and me landed to a very warm Palma. We went for a run the day before to get use to the heat and took in some of the route as well. 

The race itself has loads of Brits running as there is a 10k and half as well. The plan was just to get round in the heat and sod the time. Managed to get in on 3:42 and Pete managed a Age Cat award as well. Sadly that year the race was sponsered by an LA Larger comapny.
