So my fourth Marathon this week and a visit to the Thames and the YMCA Hawker Race HQ for Hemes Running. They have a Half and Full for an out and back along the Thames Path. There were a fair few Yeovil Town Runners at this so a great trip with me going from Milton Keynes to Kingston upon Thames and meeting up with them all and a meal the night before to knock back some wine.

A great race and very popular but can get a bit busy with cyclists, walkers and bikes oh and the odd boat. Nice to see Cam at the aid station on the way back to the finish.

I managed to get 3:30, not bad for 4 marathons in the week, just the Sunday long run to crack when I get back to Yeovil.
